What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is the principal strength
and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations
teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and
hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
CrossFit is not a specialized fitness
program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten
recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and
Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed,
Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Our program
delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our
specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind
of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

2010 Efes One Love Festival'da diğer bir projesi The Whitest Boy Alive ile dinlediğimiz ve doyamadığımız Norveçli müzisyen Erland Oje, asıl grubu olan Kings of Convenience ile tekrardan Türkiye'ye geliyor. Yapılacaklar listesine aldım.

4 Albüm 4 Logo
Logoların basit, estetik, anlaşılır ve akılda kalıcı olması gerekir. Müzik sektöründen bu konuda aklımıza Metallica'nın logosu geliyor. Ama her albümüne değişik bir font ile logo hazırlayanlar da var. Arctic monkeys bu konuda farklı düşünenlerden. Aklımıza ilk neden onların geldiğini bizi tanıyanlar bilir.
4 albümlerine 4 özel Arctic monkeys yazı tarzları var ve her yaptıklarına bayıldığımız gibi bu detay da baya hoşumuza gidiyor.
